Originally on my Garage Songs album but reworked here on my Dobrolin, a resonator mandolin set up as a lap steel.
It's a song about friendship spanning decades. It's based on two friends who I've known for many years, one of them passed a while back and I had the honour to sing at his funeral. I'd like to hope we've all known friends like these.
